Roger's Madness Cure!

Ok, so you are feeling something but not sure what it is. But it isn't good. Some energy feels unpleasant and stuck in you and you don't know what to do. Yell and scream? Go to the gym? Take a bath? Go for a drive?

So many options but what happens when we are at work, or in a commitment and can't make space? We do the Roger's Madness Cure.

This movement is easy, quick and returns you to your moment while releasing negative energy or attachments. Ready?

Find a place where you can be alone for a few minutes. Perhaps a bathroom or store isle.

Look forward and stand tall like a chord is pulling the top of your head up to the ceiling.

Arms down at side. The action here is pulling arms down and towards body.

Legs tightly together.

All muscles tight and rigid throughout body. Every muscle! Even your eyelashes if you can manage that.

Now stand high on your toes.

And jump using ONLY your toes. Do not bend your knees!

The jumps will be short and will feel rigid and strange.

The jumps will be short and quick.

Jump fast, but not as fast as you can. Maybe 3-4 jumps per second.

This movement will shake energies in every chakra throughout your body releasing anything that is stuck.

Only jump for 1-2 minutes.

Then walk back to your day and see how you feel.

Great way to release anger, sadness, and other heavy emotions.
