30-Day Return Period:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a Shaman Oracle product you can return it within 30 days from the date of purchase.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original packaging and unused, pristine condition. All products including cards, shirts, prints, booklets, and other components must be included and undamaged.

 

Return Shipping:

Please note that the cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method to ensure the safe return of the product.

Return Process:

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team at support@expansioncast.com to inform us of your return. Provide the purchaser's name and invoice number.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging, ensuring that all components are included.

 

Ship the product to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

 

Refund:
We will refund the purchase price of the product, excluding any original shipping charges, within 5 business days of receiving the returned product and confirming its eligibility for a return.
